What's your story?

I believe that everyone has a story to tell. And through stories, we tell ourselves what's important and remind ourselves who we want to be in the world.

I believe that everyone has a story to tell. And through stories, we tell ourselves what's important and remind ourselves who we want to be in the world.

The photo above is of my great-grandparents, who were Willamette Valley farmers. I knew some of their story, but reading their own words in this newspaper article from 1978 was an unexpected gift. Writing our stories is not just for today, but for those who come after us.

I'm looking for people whose stories are longing to be told: the stewards of place, the inheritors of craft, the builders of community. If this might be you, or someone you know, please get in touch.
